While we did our very best to make sure that no mistakes made it past our eagle eyes, not to mention the penetrating gazes of our editor, copy editor and technical editor, the very nature of putting together a book of this size means that there is the distinct possibility that a few errors slipped past our vigilance to make into the final version.
Once we become aware of any mistakes we will post corrections here. If you happen across any errors as you read the book, please let us know about them.
Chapter 5, last sentence on pg. 178:
"...he simply spent about $6 on a step-up ring..."
This should be step-down ring
Chapter 7, the last sentence on pg 300:
"Because of the latter photographer's need for larger apertures and slower shutter speeds, the practice of "exposing to the right", as he calls it, will effectively lower the ISO that is used to capture the image."
This should read, "Because of the need for larger apertures and slower shutter speeds, the practice of "exposing to the right", as he calls it, will effectively lower the ISO that is used to capture the image."
